Skin Transformation
At ReVision MedSpa, we believe that healthy, radiant skin is one of the most powerful confidence boosters there is. Our Skin Transformation special gives new clients the chance to experience one of our most effective medical-grade skin treatments for just $149. Choose between an IPL Photofacial or a CoolPeel laser resurfacing session — whichever is the better fit for your skin concerns and goals.
Both treatments use advanced light and laser energy to rejuvenate the skin at a level topical products simply cannot reach, stimulating your skin’s natural renewal process and revealing a clearer, smoother, more youthful complexion from the inside out. Because these are medical-grade laser and light treatments, results and suitability can vary depending on skin type. Not sure if you’re a candidate? We offer complimentary consultations so our specialists can assess your skin, recommend the right treatment, and ensure you’re fully prepared before your first session.
Which Treatment Is Right for You?
- IPL Photofacial (Intense Pulsed Light) – A non-ablative treatment that uses broad-spectrum light to target pigmentation, redness, broken capillaries, and sun damage without breaking the skin. IPL is a great fit if your main concerns are uneven skin tone, sunspots, age spots, or rosacea. There is no downtime and you can return to your normal activities the same day.
- CoolPeel – A fractional CO2 laser resurfacing treatment that removes the outermost layer of skin to reveal smoother, tighter, more refined skin underneath. CoolPeel is a better fit if your primary concerns are fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, or rough skin texture. Plan for 1 to 3 days of mild redness following treatment.
Not sure which to choose? Just book your appointment and let your specialist guide you. No pressure, no guesswork.
Which Treatment is right for you?
This special covers one treatment per visit – either IPL or CoolPeel. Here is a quick breakdown to help you think about which might be the better starting point for your skin.
What is IPL?
IPL Photofacial (Intense Pulsed Light) – A non-ablative treatment that uses broad-spectrum light to target pigmentation, redness, broken capillaries, and sun damage without breaking the skin. IPL is a great fit if your main concerns are uneven skin tone, sunspots, age spots, or rosacea. There is no downtime and you can return to your normal activities the same day.
IPL Photofacial treats:
- Sun spots, age spots, and liver spots
- Redness and rosacea
- Broken capillaries and spider veins
- Uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation
- Freckles and melasma
- Early fine lines and mild skin laxity
What is CoolPeel?
CoolPeel – A fractional CO2 laser resurfacing treatment that removes the outermost layer of skin to reveal smoother, tighter, more refined skin underneath. CoolPeel is a better fit if your primary concerns are fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, or rough skin texture. Plan for 1 to 3 days of mild redness following treatment.
CoolPeel treats:
- Fine lines and moderate wrinkles
- Acne scars and surgical scars
- Enlarged pores
- Rough or uneven skin texture
- Dull complexion and skin laxity
- Sun damage with textural irregularity
What Do We Love About It?
- Your Choice, Your Skin: Whether your concern is tone or texture, pigment or lines, the $149 special covers the treatment that fits you best.
- Real, Visible Results: Both IPL and CoolPeel stimulate collagen production, so your skin continues to improve in the weeks following treatment, not just right after.
- Minimal Downtime: IPL has no downtime at all. CoolPeel involves just 1 to 3 days of mild redness, which is far less than traditional CO2 laser resurfacing.
- Safe and Clinically Proven: Both treatments use FDA-cleared technology and are performed by licensed specialists trained in laser and light-based therapies.
- A Great Starting Point: A single session at $149 gives you a real look at what medical-grade skin treatment can do, with a personalized plan available for follow-up care.
- Pairs Well with Other Services: IPL and CoolPeel both complement other ReVision treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, and neurotoxins for clients interested in a more comprehensive approach.
Does It Work?
IPL delivers pulses of broad-spectrum light through the skin’s surface. Different wavelengths of light are absorbed by different targets – melanin in pigmented spots and hemoglobin in blood vessels – causing them to break down and be naturally cleared by the body over the following 1 to 2 weeks. The result is a more even, luminous complexion with reduced redness and spots.
CoolPeel uses a precisely controlled fractional CO2 laser to create micro-channels in the outermost layer of skin, triggering the body’s natural wound-healing response. New collagen is produced, skin cell turnover accelerates, and the surface is renewed – smoothing texture, reducing scarring, and tightening the skin over the following 4 to 6 weeks. The “Cool” in CoolPeel refers to the controlled delivery method, which limits heat buildup in surrounding tissue to minimize downtime while still delivering clinically significant results.
What to Expect?
- Preparation: Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning, and self-tanner for 2 weeks before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and skincare products. Let your specialist know about any recent skin treatments or active skin conditions.
- Consultation: Every appointment begins with a brief skin assessment. If you have not already decided between IPL and CoolPeel, your specialist will help you choose based on your skin and goals. Please note that some skin types may require a test spot 48 hours before a full treatment session. If you would prefer to have this conversation before booking a treatment appointment, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation — there is no pressure and no obligation.
- Treatment: IPL treatments use a cooling gel and take 20 to 30 minutes for a full face. CoolPeel treatments take 15 to 30 minutes and may include a topical numbing cream applied beforehand.
- Sensation: IPL feels like a series of warm snaps against the skin. CoolPeel produces a warm, prickling sensation. Both are well-tolerated and over quickly.
- After Your Treatment: Following IPL, skin may appear slightly flushed and pigmented spots may darken temporarily before flaking off over 7 to 14 days. Following CoolPeel, expect mild redness and a sandpaper-like texture for 1 to 3 days as the skin sheds. Use gentle skincare and SPF 30 or higher daily after either treatment.
- Results Timeline: Initial results are visible within 1 to 2 weeks. Collagen remodeling continues for up to 3 months, with the skin improving progressively over that period.
- Series Recommendation: A single session produces noticeable results. For more significant concerns, a series of 2 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart is often recommended. Your specialist will advise based on your skin assessment.
