            How Does It Work?

             Neurotoxins contain botulinum toxin type A, a purified protein that temporarily blocks the nerve signals that cause specific facial muscles to contract. When those muscles are relaxed, the overlying skin smooths out and expression lines become less visible. The effect is not permanent – as the neurotoxin gradually metabolizes, muscle activity returns and maintenance treatments are recommended every 3 to 4 months to sustain results. Over time, with consistent treatment, many clients find their lines soften further as the muscles become less conditioned to contracting with full force.

            What to Expect?
