Our BHRT program is physician-supervised and built around your unique lab results, symptoms, and wellness goals. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — every treatment plan is customized to help you feel like yourself again.
Lab costs are incorporated into program and membership pricing. Medications are billed separately and can be filled via written prescription or shipped directly from our compound pharmacy.
Our BHRT consultations take place in a welcoming, private space designed to feel like a cozy living room — not a medical office. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a warm atmosphere help you feel at ease during every visit.

Tier 1 — Starter Program
3-Month BHRT Program — $1,299
Includes:
- Comprehensive initial consultation
- Lab work through ZRT Lab
- Follow-up visits (1st and 2nd)
- 3-month review
- Medication prescriptions (medication cost billed separately)
- Written educational materials
Tier 2 — Monthly Membership
Monthly Wellness Membership — $300–$350/month (auto-draft)
Begins after completing the 3-Month Program
Includes:
- 1 monthly B12 injection
- Weekly Glutathione and NAD+ peptide injections
- Medication refills
- Ongoing follow-up visits
- Lab work when needed (labs every 6 months minimum)
How Our BHRT Program Works
Step 1 — Before Your First Visit
Before you even walk in the door, we set you up for success. You’ll receive digital intake forms and educational materials in advance so you can arrive informed and confident. Pricing is always shared upfront — no surprises.
Step 2 — Initial Consultation (approx. 1 hour)
We’ll discuss BHRT, your symptoms, and your goals in detail. A comprehensive health history is completed, and labs are ordered through ZRT Lab based on your specific needs. Your follow-up visit will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after your lab results are received.
Step 3 — 1st Follow-Up Visit (approx. 1 hour)
We’ll review your lab results together and give you a personal copy. Your treatment plan is created at this visit. Prescriptions will be written or sent to our compounding pharmacy, which ships your medication directly to you. You’ll leave with written educational materials and your next appointment scheduled.
Step 4 — 2nd Follow-Up Visit
This visit focuses on checking your progress and discussing any lifestyle factors — diet, supplements, and adjustments. Medications may be fine-tuned based on your response. A lab kit will be sent home with you ahead of your 3-month review.
Step 5 — 3-Month Review
Labs are reviewed and your treatment plan is updated. If adjustments are needed, a follow-up visit is scheduled and labs are repeated in 3 months. Once you reach a stable maintenance phase, you’ll transition into our convenient monthly membership.
