Emsella

At ReVision MedSpa, we believe that everyone deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and in control of their body — at every stage of life. Our Emsella treatments are designed to address two of the most common yet under-discussed health concerns affecting both women and men: urinary incontinence and pelvic floor weakness. Using BTL Emsella’s breakthrough High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology, we deliver powerful, targeted pelvic floor muscle stimulation without surgery, needles, or any need to disrobe. The result is targeted pelvic floor stimulation designed to support bladder control and pelvic floor rehabilitation — all in a discreet, comfortable, fully clothed treatment session of about 30 minutes.

Whether you are navigating postpartum recovery, age-related changes, the effects of prostate surgery, or simply looking to improve your quality of life, our experienced team is here to guide you with compassionate, personalized care. We are proud to offer your first Emsella session for just $99 — the ideal way to experience this life-changing treatment before committing to a full series.

How Does It Work?

Emsella uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to generate a precisely directed electromagnetic field that penetrates clothing and tissue, reaching deep pelvic floor muscles that are otherwise very difficult to isolate and strengthen through voluntary exercise. This energy induces thousands of pelvic floor contractions during a treatment session. Over the course of a full treatment series, the goal is to support pelvic floor rehabilitation, neuromuscular control, and bladder control.

      Emsella for Women

Many women experience weakening of the pelvic floor as a natural result of pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause, or simply the effects of aging. This weakening can lead to a range of concerns that significantly affect daily life and self-confidence — yet are rarely discussed openly.

Emsella offers a clinically proven, non-invasive solution that restores pelvic floor strength from the inside out, without the discomfort or recovery time of surgical options and without the frustration of trying to perform Kegel exercises correctly on your own.

What Does It Treat in Women?

Stress urinary incontinence — leaking when laughing, sneezing, coughing, or exercising
Urge incontinence — a sudden, strong urge to urinate that is difficult to control
Mixed incontinence — a combination of stress and urge incontinence
Overactive bladder — frequent urges to urinate, including waking at night
Pelvic floor weakness following pregnancy and vaginal delivery
Pelvic floor laxity related to menopause and hormonal changes
Reduced intimate sensation and overall pelvic wellness

What Do Women Love About It?

Fully Clothed Treatment: No undressing, no gowns, no discomfort — you sit in the Emsella chair fully clothed for the entire session.
No Surgery, No Needles, No Downtime: Walk in, sit down, and walk straight back to your day. There is no recovery period.
Clinically Supported: Emsella is FDA-cleared for the treatment of male and female urinary incontinence. Results vary by patient.
Thousands of Kegel-Like Contractions: Each treatment stimulates thousands of pelvic floor contractions in a single session
Results That Build: Most women begin noticing improvement after their second or third session, with full results visible following the completion of a 6-session series.
Compassionate, Private Care: Your treatment takes place in a private room with a team that handles every appointment with discretion and respect.

          Emsella for Men

Pelvic floor health is just as important for men as it is for women — yet it is rarely discussed. Men may experience pelvic floor weakness as a result of prostate procedures, age-related muscle changes, or other factors, which can contribute to urinary incontinence and reduced bladder control. Emsella provides a discreet, non-invasive option to support pelvic floor rehabilitation and quality of life.

What Does It Treat in Men?

Urinary incontinence following prostatectomy or other prostate procedures
          Stress and urge incontinence
Post-void dribbling and poor bladder control
General pelvic floor weakness and reduced bladder control
General pelvic floor weakness related to aging
Confidence and quality-of-life concerns related to bladder control

What Does It Treat in Men?

Discreet and Non-Invasive: The session is performed fully clothed with complete privacy. No needles, no surgery, and no downtime.
Supports Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation: Emsella provides non-invasive pelvic floor stimulation in a fully clothed treatment setting.
May Help Support Bladder Control After Prostate Procedures: Patients experiencing urinary incontinence after prostate procedures may benefit from pelvic floor rehabilitation, depending on their individual situation.
Fast and Convenient: Each session lasts about 30 minutes, typically scheduled twice per week. Many patients complete a 6-session series over about 3 weeks.
Results Without the Gym: Emsella delivers pelvic floor stimulation that can be difficult to achieve through voluntary exercise alone.

          What to Expect?

          • Duration: Each session lasts approximately 28 to 30 minutes.
          • Frequency: Six sessions are recommended, scheduled twice per week over three weeks.
          • During Treatment: You will remain fully clothed and seated in the Emsella chair throughout the session. You will feel strong pelvic floor muscle contractions and a tingling sensation. This is normal and expected — the intensity can be adjusted to your comfort level.
          • After Your Session: There is no downtime. You may resume all normal activities immediately. Some clients report mild muscle soreness similar to post-workout fatigue, which resolves within a day.
          • When to Expect Results: Many clients notice improvement in bladder control and pelvic strength beginning after their second or third session. Full results are typically experienced 2 to 4 weeks after completing the 6-session series.
          • Maintenance: Periodic maintenance sessions every 3 to 6 months are recommended to sustain results over the long term.
